Organizational Management

The team leaders will work with the oversight and finance team to make decisions about anything related to organization activity. This can include, but is not limited to: ways to raise money, deciding which projects we can complete effectively, creating company policy, managing contacts, etc... Team members and other branches of the foundation will all report to the team leaders, supervisors and oversight board. The Medical Board members also have the authority of a Supervisor and all team members and branches of the Four of Hearts Foundation will report to them if need be.

Herron Family

While Ellie has all that she could ever ask for in her large family of brothers and sisters, she was also blessed with some great cousins who assist with every project, and every aspect of the organization. Alex, Matthew, Michael, and Grant have all put in a lot of time and effort in order to expand this organization, and we, as a team, appreciate them. Their mother, Kara serves on the Board as Finance Director.

A Special Thanks

We greatly appreciate all of the understanding and support that we receive from each and every team member's parents. Without these great parents we would not be able to complete any of our work as effectively as we do. Thank you for your continued input, support, and patience with our growing organization.
