The Four Of Hearts Foundation is trying to make a difference, helping the children of the world.
We plan to start our work in Los Robles, Solola Guatemala.
Our current plans include:
- We will be providing the funds for the feeding program though the village orphanage, Casa de Sion through various fundraisers.
-Provide formula through collections, for the infants in the village.
-Help with funds for the prenatal classes, eggs and Incaparina for the birth mothers.
-Supply 300 children with hygene kits and lessons on how to use each item provided
-Supply teachers and students, as well as destitute children with needed school materials; including the delivery of over 300 school kits.
-Supply Infant kits for those new and expecting mothers in indigenous Mayan villages.
-Set up a medical clinic where families may recieve free care during the time we are on-site
-Provide clothing and shoes to hundreds of children
-Help orphanage owners teach planting techniques to village families to help them become more self sufficient.
-Supply village and chilren with water filtration systems to ward off disease
-Start a "chicken" program helping families build chicken coops, and providing each family with 10 chickens to help them raise eggs for much needed protein and meat as well as eggs to sell to become more self sufficient.
Start a sponsor program for village families to help them sell handcrafted items though Four of Hearts, helping them to support thier own families in the future!
And much more!
Please help us get there!

A change of heart.
Update on policy changes.
We are working hard to insure that everything runs smoothly when we arrive in Guatemala. Because of this, we are not going to set a solid date for departure until we know that we can successfully complete our objectives. For now we will maintain our original expected departure date and hope that the best comes of our ambition. A new Board of Directors has been added to help President Blake Kirkpatrick and V.P. A.J. Roennebeck with the many plans we have and to to watch over our actions as a team.
OUR INSPIRATION...
Pictured below is Elizabeth Paige Johnson (Ellie). This little girl entered our family at the end of 2007. She came to us from the country of Guatemala in a not so healthy physical state. After two years she is a happy and healthy toddler! We are so happy to have you as part of our lives. Thank you for showing us that selfless love and caring for others can really impact the lives of everyone. We dedicate all of our projects to you.
