We are dedicated to changing childrens lives around the world for the better. We strive to offer children a future that would not be possible under the condition they are currently living.
Organizational management:
Funding and business decisions will be made by the key members of the company. Each and every team member of The Four of Hearts Foundation has a voice in how the funds are raised, as well as spent.
Code of Ethics:
All members and volunteers of the foundation are expected to act professional at all times and in every situation. While on the clock for the organization, each member is expected to exhibit exceptional public behavior (no drugs, no alcohol, no types of activities that are looked down upon). Because The Four of Hearts Foundation will be dealing with some very serious matters, it is expected that any person collecting funds, or representing the company in any way, approach the situation with complete understanding, sympathy, and sincerity. This is a NO TOLLERANCE policy, any person who violates these standards, and chooses to act in a way that gives The Four of Hearts Foundation a bad image will be reviewed by the key members of the organization for a possible probationary period, or exclusion in upcoming events. In the case that damage is done to the company, legal action could be taken. In the case that a key member acts in an unacceptable manner, he or she will be held accountable and expected to make a public apology. Other key members of the organization will discipline the individual according to the situation.
